Step 1: Bring water to a boil Step 2: Choose your preferred method of steeping. Our favorite way to brew our tea is with a coffee/tea press. You can also use a tea ball, strainer or one of our compostable tea bags. Step 3: Pour water over your tea (about 2 tsp per 8oz cup) and cover while it steeps to keep in all the essential nutrients. Step 4: Steep for desired amount of time. If you like it stronger, you can brew longer than suggested. Step 5: Strain or remove tea bag and sweeten with honey or agave and add milk of choice, if desired. Step 6: Enjoy and repeat Bonus Tips: *You can steep the same tea twice to get even more out of each serving. You may want to increase steep time on the second round. * For iced tea, brew twice as strong and put in the fridge after steeping to cool. Then add ice and enjoy. * For sun tea, place in a mason jar or your choice of vessel and let the sun infuse for 2+ hours.

A tincture is a concentrated herbal extract made by infusing herbs in alcohol or glyerine “glycerite” for a minimum of 6 weeks. This method is perfect for travel, quick relief and generally have a long shelf life. Tinctures offer customizable dosages in small amounts and can be easier on digestion since they are usually taken sublingually, under the tongue. Dosage: Start with a few drops to see how your body responds and then continue with up to one dropper full 1-3x per day. Mix this with a small amount of water or juice and hold in your mouth under your tonque for 30 seconds for maximum effect.
